Why did My Card Recharge Fail?
Your card top-up might fail for various reasons, here are few:
If the actual top-up balance is less than the minimum recharge amount of 5 USD. If fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices cause your actual top-up balance to fall below 5 USD, the recharge will fail.
Inconsistencies between the recharge amount/cryptocurrency/network and the order can result in a recharge failure.
Other reasons.
If your account doesn't receive the recharge for an extended period, please reach out to our customer support and provide the following information:card number
linked email address
Transaction hash, screenshot of payment record with order number starting with 1003
Why is the Actual Recharge Balance Different from the Order Amount
When we receive coins from the user, we will sell them in real-time for USDT, deduct relevant fees, and then recharge the virtual card at a 1:1 rate. If the amount of coins sent by the user doesn't match the order amount, we will use the order amount for excess coins and the actual sent amount for lower amounts.
If the selected cryptocurrency is currently experiencing significant fluctuations and the coin transfer process takes longer, the actual recharge amount may be slightly lower or higher than the set recharge amount due to price fluctuations.
If the cryptocurrency price fluctuates significantly, and the actual recharge amount falls below 5 USD, the top-up order will fail.
Note:
Please make sure you double check and verify the displayed order details, such as:
Amount, token, Network information, and the actual payment should match what is shown on the order page.

Please be patient. If you do not receive it after a long time, you can contact online customer service with the following information for inquiry:
Card Number
Registered Email Address
Screenshot of Merchant's Successful Refund Record
How can Get My Refund into My Wallet after Deleting My Card?
It is recommended that you do not cancel the card casually. We highly recommend that you don't delete your card without ensuring that it's not bound to any accounts or associated with any ongoing orders. The process of deleting a card is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you have deleted your card, it means you have relinquished ownership of that card. We won't be able to handle any refunds or funds related to that card at anytime in the future.
Consumption Scenarios
Why I unable to successfully bind my virtual card on this platform?
Virtual cards can be used on platforms that support prepaid card payments worldwide (it is forbidden to bind any payment-related financial products, cryptocurrencies and other high-risk platforms), but they may be subject to risk control due to the use environment (IP, operation method, merchant risk control rules, etc.) and may be restricted by merchants.
Tips:
Please change your IP to the United States before placing an order, and do not change IP frequently.
Be sure to fill in the card information correctly.
If you still cannot bind after trying the above methods, it is recommended that you apply for another card or change to other consumption scenarios before trying again.
🔔Terms and Conditions
Merchant risk control rules constantly change, and we cannot guarantee that the card in your possession will always be able to activate certain services. For instance, this month the card might be used to activate ChatGPT/OpenAI services, but next month, Stripe's risk control rules might change, and thus the card may no longer be supported.
This is also true for Virtual Cards. We cannot change the merchants' risk control rules, nor can we be aware of them, as each product's risk control rules are generally top secret and not disclosed to the public.
*Before making a transaction, we suggest the following steps to increase the success rate:
Change your IP address to the United States before placing an order and avoid frequently changing IPs.
Ensure the card name matches your personal information provided on the platform and correctly fill in the billing address that matches the bank card.
Avoid making multiple payments for small or excess purchases that exceed the card balance that will be declined and might cause the risk control to flag your Payment Card.
If you still cannot make a transaction after trying the above tips, we recommend applying for another card BIN and trying again.
Currently, the available Virtual Cards for application are:
VISA: 441112 | 486695|404038
Mastercard: 553437 | 515783|556167|559666
