First 50 Cardholder Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility for the Giveaway: The Exclusive First 50 Cardholder Giveaway is exclusively available to Unido Crypto Debit Cardholders who meet the specified criteria. Please refer to the individual benefit sections below for eligibility requirements.

2. Selection of Giveaway Recipients: Recipients of the Exclusive First 50 Cardholder Giveaway will be determined based on the order of account and card creation among the pre-registered individuals. The first 50 card cardholders will be selected to receive the exclusive benefits.

3. Virtual Card Creation:
   a. Once the Unido Crypto Debit Card is officially launched, individuals who have pre-registered will have the opportunity to create a virtual card and participate for the Giveaway.
   b. The order of virtual card creation will be prioritized based on the timestamp of pre-registration.
   c. The exclusive benefits will be available to the first 50 individuals who successfully create a virtual card within one week from the official launch of the Unido Crypto Debit Card Program.

4. Notification and Claiming:
   a. Winners of the Exclusive First 50 Cardholder Giveaway will be notified via their registered email address.
   b. They must follow the instructions provided in the notification to claim all the exclusive benefits.
   c. Failure to claim the benefits within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture.

5. Fee-Free Transactions Benefit:
   a. To be eligible for fee-free transactions on the Unido EP Wallet platform for one year, you must pre-register for the Unido Crypto Debit Card.
   b. The fee-free transactions benefit will be activated once you have successfully signed up for the card and loaded a balance of more than $100.

6. Cash-Back Benefit:
   a. Upon card activation, you will be eligible for a cash-back of $10 worth of wUDO, which will be airdropped to your Unido wallet.
   b. To receive the cash-back, you must have a valid Unido Wallet account and you must notify us of your wallet ID.

7. Community Discord Benefits:
   a. As a member of the Unido community on Discord, you will have instant access to the $10,000 minimum prize pool being launched in June.
   b. You will be granted the @UDO Squad role, which will provide you with exclusive benefits within the Discord community and a chance to participate in the prize pool.

8. General Terms and Conditions:
   a. All exclusive benefits are subject to availability and may be subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.
   b. Participants must comply with the Unido Crypto Debit Card terms and conditions, as well as any applicable regulations.
   c. The exclusive benefits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other cryptocurrencies, and cannot be combined with any other offers.
   d. Unido reserves the right to modify or terminate any benefits or terms and conditions associated with the Exclusive First 50 Cardholder Giveaway, at its sole discretion.
